Some Guides claim to offer the most remote steelhead and salmon fishing in BC, however when you view the river on Google Earth you can see it is accessible by logging road or it is just a small stream. I offer steelhead and salmon fishing on the Canoona River which is located 30 miles north of Klemtu BC. I also target the Khutse River which is located on the mainland across from the Canoona and is one of the most beautiful and remote river valleys in BC. It is also renowned for it's hard fighting steelhead.

I charge only $700 a day. You choose the duration of your stay with us.

How do you get there? I pick you up in Klemtu with my 26ft Bayliner and we troll to the mouth of the Canoona River. At 4 miles an hour it will take us 8 hrs to get there. Why troll for 8 hours in a big circle? This trip will offer ocean fishing at its best with constantly changing scenery. The Bayliner has radar, a new Lowrance Elite-5 GPS and Fish Finder along with another larger 3 year old Lowrance unit. A new Icom VHF radio as well as a backup Icom VHF radio. I also have a new Globalstar satellite phone.
